Returns and refunds
Clothing is hard to judge on a screen. You have 14 days to change your mind on anything you buy from us, and separate statutory rights if something arrives faulty.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying at a distance you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The 14 days run from the day you — or someone you nominated, other than the carrier — take physical possession of the goods.
- If the items of one order are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
- If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.
How to withdraw
Tell us before the 14 days are up. A clear statement is enough — an email or a message through our contact page saying you are withdrawing from the purchase, with your order number. You may use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
Simply sending an item back without telling us, or refusing the parcel at delivery, is not a reliable way to exercise the right. Contact us first so we can register your return and tell you where to send it.
Use our contact page to reach us.
Returning the items
- Send the items back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — in that case we cover the return.
- Use a tracked service and keep the proof of postage. Until the items reach us, they remain your responsibility.
- Include your order number in the parcel so we can match the return to your order.
Condition of the items
You are free to examine and try on what you have ordered as you would in a shop — that is the point of the right of withdrawal. Try garments on over your own clothes where you can, and keep the labels and tags attached.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In practice this means items returned worn, washed, altered, scented, stained or without their tags may be refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss in value.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including alterations made at your request.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Where an exception applies to an item, we tell you on the product page before you order.
How you are refunded
- We refund you within 14 days of being told that you are withdrawing — though we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.
- We refund to the same payment method you used, at no charge to you. How quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
- The refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard one, we refund the standard amount.
- If you return only part of an order, the delivery cost is not refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process size or colour swaps as exchanges. Withdraw from the item you have, and place a new order for the one you want — that way the piece you want is reserved for you straight away rather than waiting on a return in transit.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, your statutory rights apply in addition to the right of withdrawal, and they last far longer: under Swedish consumer sales law you may complain about a fault present at delivery for up to three years from the day you received the item.
Contact us with your order number and a photograph of the problem. Where the complaint is justified we cover the return cost and put it right by repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Full details are in our terms of sale.
Standard withdrawal form
You may, but do not have to, use this form. Complete and return it only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
