Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. Please read them before you buy — together with our privacy, cookie, returns and shipping policies, they form the agreement between us.

Who we are

This website is operated by My Store. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “our”, they refer to My Store.

These terms

By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms. We sell to consumers and, where applicable, to businesses; if you are buying as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply in addition to these terms and are not limited by them.

To place an order you must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may only order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Placing an order

  • Before you confirm your order you are shown the items, the total price including any taxes, the shipping cost and the delivery options available to your address.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
  • If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for that item.
  • We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, where a price or description is clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised use of a payment method.
  • Product photography is as accurate as we can make it, but colours can vary slightly between screens, and natural fibres vary between batches.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK). The final total payable, including taxes and any shipping cost, is always shown before you confirm payment.
  • We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already confirmed.
  • Payment is taken through our payment provider using the methods offered at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment provider secure page — we never see or store your full card number.
  • If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order and withhold dispatch.

Delivery

Available delivery options, their cost and the destinations we ship to are shown at checkout before you pay. Full details are on our shipping page.

Risk in the goods passes to you when you, or someone you have nominated, takes physical possession of them. If a delivery is substantially delayed, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, if we fail to do so, cancel the order and receive a refund.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer buying at a distance you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

How to use it

The full conditions, the deadlines, who pays for the return and the standard withdrawal form are set out on our returns and refunds page.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right — by repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, in accordance with your statutory rights.

Under Swedish consumer sales law you may complain about a fault that was present at delivery for up to three years from the day you received the item. Tell us within a reasonable time of discovering the fault; a complaint made within two months of discovery is always in time. Where a complaint is justified, we cover the cost of returning the item.

This statutory right applies in addition to, and independently of, the 14-day right of withdrawal described above.

Your account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

Site content

The text, photography, graphics and design on this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use; any other copying, republication or commercial use requires our written permission.

Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet our obligations under these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss arising from your own misuse of a product, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. You can reach us through our contact page.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may refer the matter free of charge to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. We follow its recommendations. Consumers resident elsewhere in the EU may also contact their national consumer advice body or the European Consumer Centre in their country.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer resident in another country, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of that country.

We may update these terms — for example to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version published on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
