Customer care

Shipping and returns

Everything that applies to getting your order to you — and sending it back if it is not right. The exact options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

Enter your address at checkout and you will see every delivery option available to your destination. If no option appears for your country, we do not currently ship there — get in touch and we will tell you whether that is likely to change.

Delivery cost

  • Delivery cost depends on your destination and the option you choose. It is calculated at checkout and shown, with the full order total, before you confirm payment.
  • You will never be asked to pay a delivery charge that was not displayed before you paid.
  • Any free or reduced delivery offer states its conditions where it is advertised.

Processing and dispatch

  • Orders are prepared on working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are handled on the next working day.
  • You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is accepted, and a second message when it is dispatched.
  • Where the carrier provides tracking, the dispatch message includes your tracking details.
  • If part of your order is delayed, we may send it in more than one parcel at no extra cost to you.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are shown per option at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees: carrier networks, customs and peak periods all affect them.

Where no delivery time has been agreed, we deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the order. If we cannot, you may set a reasonable additional period and, if that passes without delivery, cancel the order for a full refund.

If something goes wrong

  • Parcel late or marked delivered but missing: contact us with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
  • Parcel visibly damaged on arrival: note the damage with the carrier where possible, and photograph the packaging and contents before contacting us.
  • Item damaged, faulty or not what you ordered: this is covered by your statutory rights, and we cover the cost of returning it.
  • Until you take possession of the goods, the risk of loss or damage in transit is ours.

Addresses and collection

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier, and an order sent to an address entered incorrectly may not be recoverable.

If your parcel is held at a collection point, collect it within the carrier deadline. Parcels that are not collected are returned to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund, and any cost charged to us for the failed delivery and return may be deducted.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the customs territory of the European Union may attract import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are payable by the recipient.

A parcel refused at customs or abandoned there is treated as an uncollected parcel, as described above.

Returns

In short

You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, and three years to complain about a fault present at delivery.

The conditions, deadlines, who pays for the return and the standard withdrawal form are on our returns and refunds page.
